"This is cozy cabin steps from Augur lake. There are kayaks, a rowboat, life jackets and paddles and there is a ladder from the dock if you want to swim. The front deck looks new and it's a lovely place to sit and drink whatever you like to drink. It's quiet and you can hear loons and owls and woodpeckers. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was easy to cook in. The furniture is a little dated, but was totally comfortable. There's a TV with streaming and a ton of DVDs. If you love lake life,...

"We had a wonderful week on Lake Champlain. We loved kayaking and canoeing on the lake. The dock was perfect for the kids and our dog to play while the parents relaxed on the deck in hammocks. The beach is rocky, but smooth sand once you are in the water. We enjoyed many nights grilling looking out over the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat meals.
